A floor plan with basic information about the property, including the year of construction and the birth dates of people living in the house would be required. The exterior of the house is evaluated; this includes the garden and neighouring houses/buildings.

The interior of the house is then evaluated and a comprehensive analysis will be provided for both long and short term effects that your house is having on you.
